In 2017, the city of Sévrier opened a little path starting at the Létraz port called Promenade des Seines. It has an amazing view on Tournette and Dents de Lanfon. This lovely land by the lake, was before occupied by the locals who had “settled” unofficial little houses by the lake but the city of Sévrier decided to take the land back as it belong to them, in order to make it a peaceful place for all to walk.
To reach Promenade des Seines, you can park next to the Brooklyn Restaurant or Auberge de Létraz and the path will take you to the Poisson rouge restaurant https://www.taxi-massingy.com/en/opoisson-rouge/.

Sévrier is located on the north-western banks of Lake Annecy. It is essentially a residential area for people working in Annecy or Geneva. It is at the bottom of the Semnoz mountain so will have shade earlier than the other side of the lake. It can be very busy in July and August. It can be an easy bike from Annecy center, flat and approximately 15 min ride.
You can find a few hotels, restaurants, campings in Sévrier. There is also a public beach, you can water ski, windsurf, paddleboard. From there you can also reach Massif de Bauges.
