To Nyon: Driving is the quickest option, taking about 1 hour and 10 minutes via the A41 and A1 highways, passing through Geneva.  Take a bus from Annecy to Geneva or a taxi from Annecy to Geneva, then transfer to a local train from Geneva to Nyon. The total journey takes around 2h. Alternatively, take a train from Annecy to Annemasse, then transfer to a Swiss train to Nyon.
To Vevey:  The fastest and most direct option is to drive, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes via the A41 and A1 highways, passing through Geneva and along Lake Leman. Take a bus from Annecy to Lausanne (operated by FlixBus or BlaBlaCar Bus), then transfer to a local train to Vevey. The total journey takes around 2h 45m. Alternatively, take a train from Annecy to Annemasse, then transfer to a Swiss train to Vevey, which takes about 3h. The most convenient way to visit both will be to take a taxi from Annecy to Vevey and Nyon, you could also stop in Morges and Montreux.
